5 benefits of changing your air filter regularly

By | August 14th, 2016|Categories: Knowledge Center|

Dirty filters kill your AC's efficiency, so install a new one every month during the cooling season for central and window units or clean them if  you've got the washable type. And there are at least 5 benefits of changing your air filter regularly 1 Increased fuel efficiency: 2 Reduced emissions: 3 Prolongs engine life 4 Inexpensive and quick fix 5 Easy to track

How do coalescing filter and filter separator working

By | August 14th, 2016|Categories: Knowledge Center|

The oil-water separator filter is designed for oil - water liquid separation , containing two filters, namely: poly filter and separation filter. For example, in the oil in addition to the water system, oil flows into the coalescence separator, first passes through the coalescence filter, coalescence filter to filter out the solid impurities and tiny water droplets coalesce into larger drops. Most of the coalescence of water droplets can be separated and removed by gravity from the oil, the settlement into the sump. Then oil flowing through the separation filter, separation filter has good lipophilic hydrophobic, thereby further separating the water, finally the  clean, dry oil outflow coalescence separator. Oil first inlet pipe into the lower portion of the filter housing, and then flows through the oil filter from the inside outward, when the coarse particles will immediately precipitated, and discharged by the drainvalve, the smaller particles are filter intercept. The after last clean oil through the filter tray pooled, from outlet pipe outflow coalescence separator, with the increase in the amount of oil to be processed, and deposited in the filter pollutants caused by the rise of pressure coalescence . Coalescence filter is clogged and should be replaced when the differential pressure rises to 0.15Mpa. Fluid from the coalescence separator inlet flow to a tray, and then internal shunt to a filter, filtered, demulsification, water molecules grew, coalescence process, impurities trapped in a filter element, the coalescent drops settlement in the settling tank, the oil from the outside into the secondary filter, br-inging together two trays from the coalescence separator outlet. Two filter material is hydrophobic, oil can pass free water were blocked outside the filter into the settling tank and discharged through the discharge of sewage valve.

Introduction about dust filter & features

Dust air filter is the filter length crisp folded into pleats, star bonded together end to end of the filter cartridge. No cartridge cage bone, easy to install. Dust cartridge varieties, there are thin and long and thick and short points. Elongated cartridge (eg φ≤160, L = 1 ~ 2m), which folds (such as 45-fold) the [...]

What are hydraulic filters

By | August 14th, 2016|Categories: Knowledge Center|

Most people may not be aware that for an engine to work at its peak performance, the lubricants used to keep the parts aligned and wet need to be free of any contaminants. There have been studies pointing out that 75% of all fluid engine or mechanical failures can be linked to issues involving contamination. This is [...]

The importance of your spa water filter

By | August 14th, 2016|Categories: Knowledge Center|

Sometimes people ask us why their spa water is cloudy, especially after heavy bather loads. Usually this is due to poor water filtration and most of the time the spa filter is in need of a good clean. In order to keep your spa water clean and sparkling you need to have your spa filter doing the [...]

The importance of hydraulic filter element

By | August 14th, 2016|Categories: Knowledge Center|

Although the hydraulic fluid moves through a relatively closed system, hydraulic oil filters are extremely important. The nature of most hydraulic machinery entails the regular creation of damaging metal chips and filings, and the hydraulic filter is responsible for removing these objects. Other internal contaminants include plastic and rubber particles generated by abraded seals and bearings. [...]

Stainless steel mesh could make stainless steel mesh filter directly, and could sintered to make metal fiber filter. Now we learn more about stainless steel and stainless steel mesh. What is stainless steel?   Stainless steel is an alloy of Iron with a minimum of 10.5% Chromium. Chromium produces a thin layer of oxide on the [...]

Know your Filter Media

By | August 14th, 2016|Categories: Knowledge Center|

There are 3 main media to make filters, the specifications as below: 1 Fiberglass Deep filtration Absolute Filtration High particle holding capacity Best micron rating at high Δp Usable for mineral oils, emulsions and for most synthetic hydraulic fluids and lubrication oils Various grades of filter fineness available (1 VG, 3 VG, 6 VG, 10 VG, [...]

Micron Ratings What You Should Know

By | August 14th, 2016|Categories: Knowledge Center|

Oil filter ratings are an often misunderstood area of contamination control. On several recent occasions, I have witnessed someone  describing a oil filter by its nominal rating. A nominal rating is an arbitrary micrometer value given to the oil filter by the  manufacturer. These ratings have little to no value. Tests have shown that particles as [...]
